David Powers is Rock and Roll!  With the flying fingers of a guitar virtuoso, the enigmatic charisma of a seasoned frontman, and the songwriting and production skills to bring it all home, Powers is blowing audiences away on and off the stage; audiences like the legendary Steve Vai, Joe Satriani and Steve Lukather.  Powers was a top three finalist in Guitar Player Magazine’s elite “Guitar Hero ‘07” competition, being praised for his playing, tone, guitar choice and performance. 

A New York native, David has lived and breathed the Tri-State music scene his entire life.  He has left audiences in awe throughout hundreds of gigs in the area, earning a diehard fan base and a phenomenal reputation.  His debut solo album, The Power of One, has garnered immense radio and press attention.  It was a remarkable feat, with David not only singing and playing every instrument on the record, but also, like his second release, LOUDER, producing, engineering, and mixing it on his own.
