Dean Piaquadio has been playing guitar since the age of 11 yrs old and picked it up quite quickly. He was in his first band by the age of 13 with other musicians in their 20's. By the time he reached 19 yrs old he discovered his passion for progressive music. Especially Prog Metal which he concentrates his playing on today.
After playing in several cover and original bands throughout the Hudson Valley, Dean decided to branch out on his own to create his own instumental music. Dean credits his style to the influence of JohnPetrucci/Dream Theater, Nuno Bettencourt and Randy Rhoads.
Dean's only choice of instuments are Ibanez guitars, Dimarzio pickups, Mesa Boogie Amplification, Boss Pedals, Ernie Ball Strings and Jim Dunlop Picks
